Social Media Day feels like just yesterday, but it wasn't; it was June 30th. I posted this to LinkedIn before, but thought I'd share it here.
I was there helping out with the brilliant Slice Communications team, most of whom I was meeting in-person for the first time after 6 months as colleagues. I was lucky enough to be able to listen to several of the presentations, and made some new connections. I'm still kicking around observations I heard (and made) that day.
Fantastic experience. I just wanted to put some positive vibes out there to thank the Social Media Day PHL folks who worked so hard to make a massive, day-long event (including an AWARDS SHOW, for which I was a judge) happen and say how glad I am that I was able to be a small part of it.
